Cortijo Te Verde can be rented for weekends of for full weeks. The maximum number the house can accommodate is 14 in 7 bedrooms. Extra rollaway beds for children, or cots can be provided on request.
1st April - 30th July & September 2011 - 1100€ pw for up to 10 persons add16€ per day for each extra person 750€ weekend - 300€ p/night - 4ooo€ for the full month
1st August - 31st August 2011 -1800€ pw - 1050€ weekend - 300€ p/night - 7000€ for the full month
1st October - 20th December 2011 - 950€ pw - 450€ weekend - 150€ p/night - 2500€ for the full month
21st December 2011 - 7th of January 2012- 1500€ pw - 750€ weekend - 300€ p/night - 2750€ for the full month
LONG TERM RENTAL - The house is avalable to rent for the full year at 1600 Euros per month plus bills and subject to contract.
Reservations - 35% of the total cost by bank transfer
Balance - 6 weeks before the arrival date.
Deposits and final payments are not refundable, so we do advise that guests take our travel insurance in case they are obliged to cancel a reservation.
A security deposit of 250 Euros is payable on arrival at the house, to the house manager. On departure the security deposit will be returned to you provide the house is in good condition.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Weekly Rentals - Guests can check into the house from 4pm onwards and must depart by 12 noon on the departing day. Weekends - Friday check in from 12 noon and departure Sunday 4pm.
