CORTIJO TE VERDE
Cortijo Te Verde can be rented for weekends of for full weeks. The maximum number the house can accommodate is 12 in 6 bedrooms. Extra rollaway beds for children, or cots can be provided on request.
June -July - August 1,000 Euros per week
- rental includes the full use of the entire house inclusive of the private use of discopub/cafe/bar area
rest of the year 15 Euros per night per person
- the accommodations can be rented by the house or by each bedroom, please request a special rate for the longer bookings or family reunions.. private use of the discopub/cafe/bar is not included in the rental, as it is used as a public space
Reservations - 35% of the total cost by bank transfer, Visa or mastercard.
Balance - 6 weeks before the arrival date.
Deposits and final payments are not refundable, so we do advise that guests take our travel insurance in case they are obliged to cancel a reservation.
A security deposit of 250 Euros is payable on arrival at the house, to the house manager. On departure the security deposit will be returned to you provide the house is in good condition.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Weekly Rentals - Guests can check into the house from 4pm onwards and must depart by 12 noon on the departing day. Weekends - Friday check in from 12 noon and departure Sunday 4pm.
